Finding its way onto the market (get it?) later this month, the Asus U3S LLaptop is part of a new fleet of Asus' GPS equipped Laptops.
What is interesting about the U3S is that the laptops software takes care of all the GPD Signal grunt work. This allowed Asus to put less mardware in the machine and make itlighter.
Thanks Asus!

Hitachi is displaying a 103 inch television.
The CMP1030FWJ is supposed to be for 'showroom' purrposes, events and other professional uses.
This mamoth set boasts a 5000:1 contrast ratio and a 1920x1080 resolution.
Apparently if this television is too big for you (there's a sentence that doesn't make sense) there is a smaller, probably more affordable 65" version available with a 1000:1 Contrast Ratio.

Japanese company, Thanko has developed a cool new Laptop stand.
I like I like to lay on the couch and play on my computer, however lets face it, laptops get hot and it's never good for a persons lap to be too warm.
The Thanko Gorocool stand seems to be a well designed, well built , flexible Aluminum frame stand, the best part is that they have included two USB powered fans to keep your laptop cool and runing smoothly.

It's been a while since I have seen a third party laptop dock that I would consider worthy of my laptop. Not that my laptop is all that great, it's just that there aren't many wonderful docks out there.
Logitechs Audiohub is scheduled for release in October. For $99 you get to add 2.1 sound, cable management, 3 more high speed USB ports and a Webcam stand (because they never sit right on the laptop screen).
Ther are a few reviews out there who aren't keen on the design/functionality. Personally I like it and would seriously consider getting one for my Latitude.

Shiny-Shiny is reporting that the Halo star, Master Chief, is set to become the first video game character to be inducted into the globally renowned Madam Tussauds Wax Museum.
This is interesting because it shows what popularity the character and game.
However if we're talking gaming history and popularity here why not Pac-Man? (easily molded) or Mario?
