Lenovo's new 3000 K100 isn't so attractive. Although the K100 has some really nice features attached. Many power-management features as a matter of fact, including a "power dial" that allows user to adjust the energy they're using, along with system performance, and an LED that changes color and brightness based on power usage. All models have gigabit Ethernet and Intel X3100 graphics. However, pricing changes with the different configurations.

As the wildfires in Southern California continue to burn for the second straight week, AT&T has offered free WiFi to all the residents living in the hotspots including, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Los Angles, Santa Barbara, Orange and Ventura counties, as residents are struggling to get in contact with their families. A generous move by AT&T, and hopefully it will allow those affected by the disaster to connect with their families.

Sadly I have already seen Christmas decorations in local shop windows.
This just makes the impending holiday season more real.

For $30 you can get a set of Solar Powered Christmas lights from Hammagher.
Great idea! why were  they not thought up before now and can you connect them to a computer to coordinate them with Music?
