Heineken and Krups have been pushing their LCD-equipped keg/fridge in Europe for a while now, but the companies are now going to give it a shot in the States. The unit is built to hold a 5-liter Heineken keg and keep it tasting cool and fresh for about 30 days. The LCD indicates both temperature and lets you know when beer is running low. You can pick it up in March from Williams-Sonoma in April for $400.

This is a really cool product that pretty much goes with everything. It is made up of four 1”X1.5” cubes that can be moved around independently. There is a separate controller to set the time, alarm, light dimmer, and the oh so precious snooze button. These will be available in red and black on August 20th.

Check out this HUGE game of Tetris! It was created using “eleven custom-built circuit boards, a twelve-story data network, a personal computer running Linux, a radio-frequency video game controller, and over 10,000 Christmas lights”. It took over five months of planning and can be seen off Interstate 95 in Rhode Island. Make sure you check it out!
