 There is basically no information on this product or the company, but the concept is easy, involving the little $100 miShare device with dock connectors on each end allowing for speedy file transfers from iPod to iPod. Of course there are other devices similar to this one, but none with the compatibility to fit an iPod. Given one thing, Apple is probably not going to be happy about this.
