Installation and Testing

Installation is very easy, if you want to even call it installation, you just hook a power supply up to the Antec Power Supply Tester and turn it on. Of course to utilize the Voltmeter Probe Input, you will need a Voltmeter or Multimeter to do this.

I used an Enermax Liberty PSU and an HEC Winpower PSU for testing to see what happens.

Well after I hooked up the HEC, I got to see all the pretty green lights, and I hooked up my multimeter as well just for looks.

And I have to say the grips on the sides make it MUCH easier to plug and unplug the connectors.

Now when I hooked up my Enermax, I got a red light.

If you read my review of the Enermax you will know that I had a couple problems in the beginning when I installed it in my system, this could explain things a bit huh?

Also from the Enermax I got all but one Yellow light on the second try, and a Red light.

According to specs the Yellow LEDs mean that that my lines are under the normal voltage. That could explain the problems I had with the Enermax initially. I will have to do some more research into this, and I will post any finding in our forums as a reply to this review.

Weird to say the least....
